There was only one Scottish word to perfectly described yesterday morning’s weather at Gleddoch and that was ‘dreich’. The River Clyde was shrouded in mist but this did not deter the brave souls that headed into the hills and their endeavours were eventually rewarded with the sun making a brief appearance so they could enjoy the magnificent views from the course.

This year 13 teams competed in the Tri-am Stableford with two scores counting at each hole and the winners with a best inward half of 71 points was the following team (pictured left to right);
